Aryan's POV
People say I am just Eighteen. 'Just Eighteen'.
But I would say I have seen enough in just Eighteen years of age.
I stayed with Mom and Rey. I still call him Rey. And honestly, he is an incredible human being.
From his 'little man' to 'Aryan, my buddy' I grew up.

Dad never left us alone. Every day after school as he came to drop us home to Mom, and took Riti back to the villa.
In the evening before going home from office, he again visited us.
Aira Malhotra Mehra, the cannon she was in the industry. But I saw how Rey and dad helped her.
Shaurya was a very naughty kid, so mom had a hard time managing the three of us.
It was awkward at the start. But Idhika maasi was so good with Rini, that even I started to become comfortable in their world.
Soon their world became my world.
Dad bought me a Range Rover, because I asked for a BMW.
Can you imagine?
And we both started to hit the gym together in the mornings. And it became a routine with Rey too.
Mom, Rey, Dad, Maasi, Rishabh chachu, Tanvi chachi, Anaya di, everything became an ecosystem for me.
So I knew if anything goes wrong at all in the pool party, dad and my whole ecosystem would back me up.
The Khannas, we reached their mansion. Another millionaire family in the town.

Anaya introduced us to the guy who hosted the party.
Vedansh Khanna.
"Aryan, meet him, he is Vedansh. We are in the same batch in college.", Anaya said and I extended my hand.
He shook my hand, "Hey bro, nice to meet you. Welcome to the party.", Vedansh said with a smile.
Rini shook his hand too, "Rini Raisingh. Aryan's twin."
"Oh, but you look so different.", Vedansh said, normally.
The guy looked just normal.
"Yeah, fraternal. I look like my mother. He looks like dad.", Rini said, firmly.
"And who is little girl?", Vedansh said, smiling at Riti.
"I am Ritwika Raisingh. Their sister. I am not little. My height is still growing.", Ritwika said, without a smile.
I chuckled, "She is just fifteen. Our cutie chhotu.", I pulled Ritwika towards me.

"Stay beside me. Hm?", I said to Riti.
Vedansh chuckled, "I have a cousin sister too. I know how they remain chhotu forever. Hahaha."
Ritwika frowned at him, "Sorry?"
Rini glared at Riti, "Ssh..don't fight."
If anything goes wrong Rini would fight before Riti would. Hahaha.
Vedansh looked at me, a knowing look.
Then gestured to come inside, "Please come in. Enjoy the party."
Four of us entered, and Anaya just vanished between her college friends.
"Aryan, you go and enjoy, bro. I am with Riti. We will just have some snacks.", Rini said, looking at the snacks corner.
"Rini di, I will have those chicken skewers. Maa makes them, I like them.", Riti started almost jumping.
"Ei, don't jump. You eat in home, don't you. Ok come. Lets have it.", Rini grabbed Riti's hand and took her.
Huh, they did not even wait for my answer. Whom do I know here that I will enjoy?
I scratched my neck, looked here and there. Finally, I found something, guys were playing pool.
I thought of joining them, so walked towards the guys.
"Hi..", I said to a guy, "I am Aryan Raisingh."
All of them almost froze, "Raisingh? Which Raisingh's son are you, bro?"
I smiled, "Ranveer Raisingh.", I said.
"Oooh, nice. Yeah join us, I am Daksh Kumar. You go to the international school?", the guy asked.
I nodded, "Yeah."
"What are you doing here then? This is a college party, I mean we all are in college.", Daksh said.
"Uh, my cousin, Anaya, brought us here.", I said, scratching my neck again.
"Anaya Raisingh, she is your cousin. Of course. Hahaha. Nice bro. You have a hot cousin.", daksh said, winking.
Matlab? Kehna kya chahta hai?
I blinked, "Pardon me? Did you just call my cousin 'hot' on my face?"
"We all have a crush on her bro. It's lucky to have hot cousins, you know.", He said it again.
"Look man, I don't know. She is my sister. Stop calling her 'hot' on my face. I don't find these things cool.", I said, calmly.
He cleared his throat, "All Raisinghs are this intense. Whatever. You are younger than us, so bring us beer bottles kept in the kitchen. There, that side.", He showed me the kitchen.
"Excuse me?", I asked. I mean why should I bring them beer?
"Beer bottles... there. Bring five.", Daksh said.
I did not argue much, why the waiters were not doing the job. Why do I have to do it?
He called the Raisinghs intense, whereas he was the one being rude.
I went to the kitchen, a girl was arranging flowers on the table top.
"Excuse me, do you know where the beer bottles are kept?", I asked her. And looked up, at me, from distance.
"Aap?"
I blinked, she was familiar, but I could not place her.
"Do you know me?", I asked, not smiling, just curious.
She shook her head, "Nahi. Beer bottles nahi pata mujhe. I don't work here."
I scratched my head, "How do I find the bottles now?"
I scanned the kitchen, and I saw a huge refrigerator, "May I open the fridge?"
She nodded, and blinked.
I entered the kitchen and yes, the bottles were there. He asked for five.
How to carry five bottles at once?
I tried to adjust near my arm and torso, and one bottle almost slipped from there.
"Arey-", she came running, and held the bottle while it slipped, "Gir jaata."
Oh damn, how embarrassing!
"Umm.. thanks, sorry. I did not know how to carry so many together.", I said to the girl.
"You should have taken in two rounds then.", She said, taking another bottle from me.

"You are a guest here, in the party?", I asked, normally.
"No. Lets go outside, give the bottles to them.", she said, walking ahead.
Dad's voice was ringing in my head, "Aryan, if anything happens call me."
Although nothing happened yet, but I was feeling restless.
"Excuse me, who asked for beers?", the girl asked me.
I looked at the pool table, Daksh and the other guys were gone.
What the-
I looked at her, just looked, "Gone. They are gone."
She knitted her brows, "Oh.", and looked away.
But then I saw Vedansh, "Vedansh-", I called him.
"Oh hey Aryan. Why are you carrying three beers? Ok give me one.", he took a bottle.
"Woh Daksh was asking, where is he?", I asked Vedansh.
The girl kept the bottles on a nearby and just left towards the kitchen without saying a word.
"Bro, all are somewhere, maybe hooking up. I don't know.", Vedansh said smiling.
I nodded, "Who was she?", I showed towards the kitchen.
"Vaidehi? Her mother works as a kitchen staff here. She came to help today. oh she goes to the same school as you. My dad sponsored, you know, all our staff's kids.", Vedansh said.
"Huh? Why?", I asked.
Nice man then, I must say.
"To save taxes maybe by donating school fees. Hahaha, who knows?", Vedansh muttered near my ear.
I was taken aback.
I smiled, "She, I mean Vaidehi helped me. I should say thanks to her."
Vedansh nodded, "Yeah, go ahead. She must be in the kitchen. Keep the beers here.", Vedansh said, tapping the table top.
I kept the bottles and walked towards the kitchen.
She was continuing with the flower arrangement.
"Hi-", I said, normally.
"Hello.", she said, almost cold.
"You go to my school? Which class? Section?", I asked, because yes she looked familiar, but I could not, well, place her.
She nodded, "Your section."
"Huh?"
How come I never saw her?
"Yes, your section.", She said again, looking at me, hands on the table.
"Oh.. I did not know. Thanks for the help, earlier. You know.", I said, actually, almost stuttered.
"Don't mention it. Gir jaata to mujhe hi saaf karna padta. I saved myself actually.", Vaidehi said.
I brushed it off, whatever she said. I walked towards her, "I am Aryan Raisingh.", I extended my hand to shake.
She shook it, "Vaidehi Sharma."
"So you knew me? You lied earlier. Hahaha. Ok ok.", I said, maybe she felt awkward.
She smiled faintly, "Sorry for that."
"Oh no worries. I don't mind such things. See you at school.", I said, and stood back.
She hesitatingly nodded, "Hm, ok."
"Why...don't you...join the party?", I asked, hesitatingly.
"I have this to do. My mom gave me to do this. The staff will come afterwards.", She showed the flowers.
I pressed my lips, and nodded, "Right. Please carry on then. You can keep my num-", I stopped.
"See you at school.", Vaidehi said, and looked at the flowers again.
Hmm, she doesn't want my number. Ok, fine.
I curt nodded and exited the kitchen.
My throat was dry, I was just a word away from being a creep.
"Aryan, yaar, bro, Have something na.", Rini and Riti finally remembered me.
"Haan, are those chicken skewers good?", I asked.
Riti chirped, "Bhaiya, there are so many food. Come I will tell you which one to eat.", she grabbed my hand and pulled me.
"Riti, you tasted all of them?", I asked, smiling.
"Haan, bhaiya. Try this. Uff even maa can't make it so tasty.", she said.
I looked at Rini, as Riti handed me the plate.
"She is Idhika maasi's personal fan.", Rini said.
I laughed, "I know, but now I feel like she is in total fangirl mode."
Riti took more chicken from my plate too. My foodie chhotu.
After eating, I called Anaya, "Di, lets go home now. We have to go out with maasi and Dad."
"Just a sec, bro. Coming downstairs. Oh by the way, Idhika chachi called me, asking if you three are ok.", Anaya said.
"Oh did she? No issues. I will call her back.", I said, and hung up.
I called Idhika maasi, "Haan, maasi, boliye."
"Aryan, your phone was unreachable, beta. All good na? I got free from hospital, I will come and pick all four of you.", Idhika maasi said over the phone.
"We came by Anaya di's car, maasi.", I said.
"Oh, but your dad said beta. Let her go by her car. I will come for three of you.", Idhika maasi said.
"Ok maasi. We are waiting.", I said, over the call.
Idhika maasi came, she came inside the mansion in fact, and the guys froze.
"Who is she?", I heard a murmur.
"Rini, Aryan, Riti, lets go.", She said with a smile. Confident as always.

"Haan maasi, chaliye.", I took Riti's hand and walked behind my family.
Vedansh was looking too, but Riti answered him as if he was asking a question, "She is my Maa."

Vedansh chuckled at Riti, and nodded.

"Chal Riti. Zyada baat mat kar, bachcha.", I muttered to her.
"Why were all looking at you, Maa?", Riti asked.
"Because maasi is hot.", Rini laughed
.
"Honestly, Rini, I did not like the vibe at all. Vedansh was good, but that's all.", I did not say Vaidehi's name to them.
Idhika maasi laughed, "They got scared seeing me. That's why they froze.", then she looked at me, while driving, "What was wrong with the vibe?"
"A guy literally called Anaya di 'hot' on my face. Can you imagine? These guys lack basic decency. Kal koi Rini ko hot bolega...hadd hai.", I said, almost ranting.
"Oh my, how dare they? Did you fight them?", Maasi asked me.
Rini and Riti gasped.
"No, but I firmly shut them up, then they fled. Whatever. Raisingh family parties are better than this.", I said, closing my rant.
Maasi chuckled, "Your dad should have heard this. He would have fainted. He hates parties, and Raisingh parties are his nightmare."
"Oh wait, I will call Papa. Time for the car.", Rini said.
Haan, tu car le le pehle, behna.
But I was curious about her.
Vaidehi Sharma.
