Idhika's POV
As we got out of the restaurant, Ranveer and I were standing, while the kids were in their own zone.
"The boy looked so serious while handing me the pen.", Ranveer said, his hand on my back.
"Aryan was joking that Rini ke palle padega toh pagal ho jayega bechara. I said, tumhare dad ke palle padega toh marr jayega.", I said, in a serious tone.
Ranveer looked at me, "Acha? Aap ko bohot ache se pata hai mere baare mein.", his hand sliding from my back to waist.
"Aap ye kya kar rahein hain? Kids are standing over there.", I mock glared at him.
"Kya kar raha hoon, kuch bhi toh nahi.", Ranveer said, but his tone was serious.

Just then, Rini muttered in my ear, about the guy.
I asked her to be aware. Maybe she might not meet the guy again. But better be aware.
As we reached home, the kids were already tired.
Aryan gave a thoughtful gift to Ranveer.
Riti came wobbling to me, "O maa...hug me good night."
I took her in my embrace, "Arey mera baby, aa ja."
She stayed like that for a minute, "Jao maa, so jaao. Kal school hai, ahaaa kyun school hai.", she mock cried.
Rini went to her room, and Aryan went to his.
Riti ran off to her room, screaming Rini's name.
Don't know what these sisters gossip about at night.
I went inside my bedroom, and closed the door.
"Idhika-", Ranveer called my name.
I smiled at him, "What was that outside the restaurant, huh? You are always so naughty."
He grinned, "Leave that aside for now. First tell me, where is my birthday gift?", he asked, pulling my close to him.
I set his messy hair a bit, "Hai, Shona. Sab hai. Wait a minute. But haan I did not buy anything expensive. Ok?"
"Ok ok, dikhao kya hai gift?", He stood behind me as I opened a drawer in my closet.
I handed him the gift as he opened it.
"Oh my god, this is—", he paused and looked at me, "Family photo? Including Aryan? Thanks baba.", He hugged me.
"Yes, we took it on the twin's birthday this year na. I got it framed.", I said, smiling.

"Yes, I remember. It's precious. Thank you dear.", Ranveer said, looking warmly at me.
"Don't mention it, Ranveer. You like it, that's more than acknowledgement for me.", I said, and honestly I did not guess what was coming next.
He pulled me by my waist, "Baatein toh dekho aapki. Now lets go back to the moment outside the restaurant, Mrs. Raisingh."
My eyes widened, "And what to do about it?"
"Tell me the boutique name you get your blouse stitched from? Itni sexy kyun lag rahi hain aap?", Ranveer asked me.
I giggled, "Kids have grown up, mister. Ab toh aise baatein mat kijiye.", I said, scrunching my nose.
"We are still married, young and happening, Idhika. Aisi baatein to main aap se karta rahunga. Let's go.", He took me to the washroom.
I shook my head, my husband is so romantic. I knew it from the start, but I never thought he would be like this even after so many years.
We stood in front of the mirror as he moved my hair to one side, "Aisi blouse aur banwaiye.", and kissed on my back.

I closed my eyes feeling his lips on my skin.
The familiarity of his touch still made my heart race. After all these years, he could still make the rest of the world disappear, leaving only the two of us.
He pulled me towards him, my back touching his torso, "Idhika, I love you."
"I love you too, Shona.", I whispered, almost breathless.
He turned my face a bit and slowly kissed me.
He pulled away slightly and I opened my eyes, "This is my birthday gift.", he said and kissed me again.
I turned towards him fully, put my arms around his neck, as his hands were busy with my saree.
And slowly we lost the clothes, in the washroom.
As we were into the moment, he made an eye contact with me, did not say anything, just smiled cutely.
I pulled him closer to me, and he carried me to the bed, "Be comfortable, baba."
I too slowed down seeing his effort, "Ranveer, why do you love me so much?"
"There's no answer to this 'why', Idhi. I love you is a truth. How can I say why?", He chuckled.
I chuckled, "Crazy.. my crazy hubby."
"Hahaha, yes, that's why, I love you crazily too.", he laughed softly, and continued pleasuring me.
As we were done with our 'adventure at 45' I lied in his arm, "The kids have school tomorrow. have to wake up early. Uff!", I said.
"Woh toh roz rehta hai... aur aap roz tension leti hain. So jaao Idhi, bohot raat ho gayi hai.", Ranveer pinched my cheek.
He hugged me, facing me, "So jao bachcha. The kids can get ready by themselves one day.", he said noticing my silent exhaustion.
I slept off, and slept like a baby.
In the morning
"Maa, o maa...", Riti's voice floated.
"Huh? I am late? Ranveer, utho.. late ho gaya.", I nudged him.
He reluctantly got up, "Uff, ye Riti kab college jayegi?", Ranveer asked himself.
I ran off to the kitchen in our floor. I always prepare the lunch box for the kids, because the staff comes at 9 AM.
Ranveer came and stood beside me, helping.
Rini and Aryan also came. Sat on the table like prince and princess scrolling their phone.
Riti came chirping, "I have a test today I did not know about. Oh no. That too maths."
"You did not know? Wow great. Yahan hum uth ke tiffin pack kar rahe hain, aur madam ko test hai pata hi nahi.", I said, scolding Riti.
"Idhi, daanto mat yaar bachchi ko.", Ranveer said, while handing cornflakes bowl to the kids.

"Riti, at least scan the chapter na, beta. Zero milega nahi toh.", Ranveer said to Riti.
"You speak so softly with her always, isiliye bigad gayi hai ye.", I said to Ranveer.
"Maa, mujhe sach mein nahi pata tha. I think surprise test hai.", Riti explained.
"Ekta marbo toke. (I will hit you.) Friday ko school se ayi and Monday ko phone pe pata chal raha hai test ka?", I glared at Riti.
"Idhi, bas yaar. Jo jaanti hai woh bhi bhul jayegi ye.", Ranveer said, softly.
Riti just pouted, and then had her cornflakes.
Aryan and Rini were looking at us (Me and Ranveer), dumbstruck.
"Tum dono ko cornflakes dia hai khaane ke liye. Khaao, phone hatao.", I said to the twins.
They started eating, fast.
Ranveer did a quick review of the chapter for Riti.
And as they left for school, I just leaned back on the kitchen counter and exhaled. Blinking slowly.
Ranveer smiled and walked towards me, "Doctor saab, thoda tension kam lijiye. Test hi toh hai. Board exam nahi."
"Nahi, shona. Baat class test ya board exam ki nahi hai. Baat discipline and seriousness ki hai.", I said, sipping on a glass of water.
"I know. Chhoti hai, seekh jayegi.", Ranveer said, biting on a toast.
"Rini ne kia kabhi aisa? Nahi na?", I asked.
"Don't compare, baba. Dono different hai. Bohot different. Okay, let her come from school. Main samjahunga. Ok?", Ranveer said, smiling.
I nodded, "Yeah please. Aapki baat sunti hai woh. Nahi maani toh I will scold her.", I said and finally went to freshen up.

Reyansh's POV
I searched for my wife beside me, but she wasn't there.
Kahan chali gayi?
I got up, and rubbed my eyes. The late night music compositions were taking a toll on my health a bit.
"Aira???", I called her.
"Aayi...", she answered from the washroom.
I smiled to myself, and sat on the bed like a kid.
Aira came out of the washroom, "Uth gaye aap?", she came and sat beside me.
"Yeah, it got so late at night. But finally the tune is ready., I said, smiling at her.
She caressed my hair, "Don't take so much stress, Rey.", She said.
I pulled her by her waist, "Aaru, whenever you worry, it feels so good.", I said.
Aira smiled, "You won't get old, huh?", and pursed her lips.
"Why should I? I have a gorgeous wife, poori dunia pagal hai meri biwi ke liye.", I chuckled.
Aira giggled, "Kya? Poori dunia? Acha?"
I made her lie down, "Yes, madam. My wife is whole world's favourite.", I said, looking at her beautiful hazel eyes, that always caught me off guard.
"Aur...aapki?", She asked, biting her lip. Her habit of biting lips didn't vanish at all.
"Meri? Meri toh poori duniya aap ho, Aaru.", I said, and kissed on her cheek.
She closed her eyes, and I kissed her on the neck.
"Lets bring Shaurya's little sibling.", I joked.
She opened her eyes in a shot, "Kya? Hahaha. Kuch bhi, Rey."
I grinned, "Why? Can't we?"
"Haan haan kyun nahi. Lets start the process.", Aira laughed softly.
"I knew you would say yes.", I said, teasing her.
She laughed out loud, "My husband is totally crazy."
"For you...", I said, and kissed her again.

"Just imagine Aira...Aryan, Rini, and Shaurya having another little sibling.", I joked again.
She squirmed in my embrace, "Haye rabba, kuch bhi bol rahein hain aap aaj toh."
I laughed along with her, "Just teasing you."
She pulled me in, "Don't joke a lot Mr. hubby. I will get serious about it.", she said, with a playful smile.
I gently lifted her outfit, and placed myself there, "Mrs. Mehra...morning adventures are always the best."
She closed her eyes, feeling it, "That is true, Mr. Mehra."
As we got into the process, the more I wanted to love my wife.
I have never met such a pure soul in my whole life.
After a while, as she lay down in my embrace, covered with a blanket, "Rey, aaj Aryan Rini will come back."
"Haan, bachchon ke bina mann nahi lagta Aira.", I said, and smiled.
"You remember how Rini used to come running towards you when you came back from your music tours", Aira asked, widening her eyes, and smiling.
"Yes...'Baabi..baabi.", she used to come to me. Wahi toh eklauti beti hai meri, Aira.", I said, caressing my wife's hair.
Aira chuckled, "Badi ho gayi hai, but forgot to buy a gift for Ranveer. Pagli hai bilkul.", Aira said.
"Really? Bhul gayi woh? Hahaha. Koi na, I will buy a gift and ask her to gift it to him.", I said.
"Hmm...as you always do.", She said.
She finally got up and put on her clothes, "Now get up, baby. Shaurya ka school hai."
I nodded, "Aap chaliye, I am coming soon.", I said.
She kissed on my forehead, "Love you."
"Love you too, Aaru.", I said, smiling like an idiot.
